Sean D. Muntz manages RMO’s Orange County office and serves as Co-Managing Partner and Practice Management Chair. Sean is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, with litigation experience spanning a broad range of subject matters, including banking, general commercial, employment, probate, real estate, securities, intellectual property, maritime and environmental disputes. Sean has litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout California, and in alternative dispute resolution forums, including AAA and JAMS, and before the NASD/FINRA and Pacific Stock Exchange.
Sean focuses on four areas of litigation: (1) representing businesses, business owners, directors, executives, members, officers, partners and shareholders in business litigation and commercial disputes, and in internal and external investigations; (2) representing financial industry employees, executives, financial advisors and managers in employment litigation; (3) representing beneficiaries, professional and corporate fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees, conservators, and guardians) in contested trust, estate and probate litigation; and (4) representing individual and institutional investors and financial institutions in securities litigation.
