He also is an Instructor at Loyola Marymount University and at UCLA Extension, teaching classes on talent acquisition to students earning their HR Certificate. Mitch is a board member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Human Resources Association, and has three small children, a dog, 8 chickens and one pet duck.
