I am a highly experienced Senior Paralegal with 28 years of litigation experience, coupled with 15 years of law firm management. From 1997 through 2022, I worked for small to mid-size law firms specializing in litigation of civil, business, real estate, trusts and estates, construction defect, and homeowners association cases. I also supervised paralegals and legal assistants, and managed the day-to-day firm operations involving human resources, payroll, invoicing, and other firm administrator tasks. In addition, I proudly trained and assisted new associates that joined the firms after passing the bar exam and helped develop their skills, build their confidence, and provided guidance on becoming successful lawyers.

In August of 2022, I formed my own business, CJ & CJ LLC, which provides freelance paralegal and consulting services to solo practitioners and small law firms. My wealth of experience involves assisting attorneys in litigating matters from inception of the case through settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial, judgment, and appeal, as well as managing the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of the firm.
