This webinar will cover the changes senate bill 235 made to the CA Civil Discovery Act, specifically sections 2016.090 and 2023.050. Participants will learn about the amendments to these sections as well as practical applications. This webinar will also include an explanation of the requirements under the revised code sections, and samples of what to demand and produce.
Bio: Allison Melendez is a litigation attorney with The Simon Law Group where she handles various types of personal injury cases. Prior to joining Simon Law Group, Allison worked for a national insurance company and gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation.
